Live Fish Export is a company which exports salt water fishes, corals, invertebrate, fresh water fishes and plants to anywhere you located at.
With our best knowledge of sea life handling, our modern technology and our experience for years, we give you the best shipment that you ever get and imagined.
We only ccept advance payment by TT / Wire Transfer, and Western Union. All freight charges, packaging and documentation fees will be listed on the invoice. F.O.B. Denpasar, Bali , Indonesia . Our minimum order is 8 boxes.
The documentation and handling charges are $85.00 USD per shipment. Please tell us what documents are needed for your country, for we know each country has their own policies.
We pack our products by box. Each box is 503mm x 438mm x 396mm, about 17kgs and for corals, 22kgs. All our sea creatures are individually packed in their own bags, so they will survive longer. The packing charge for all this is $10 USD per box.
Freight charges depend on the destination airport and the airline used.
With our new improvement, we guarantee you'll see healthy live sea creature when you received your order (in normal condition). Our DOA rates is very low.
For DOA reports, we need the picture of the fishes. All DOAs must be reported 24 hours after you receiving our fishes. More that 24 hours, we can't accept DOA reports.
